Delete Your Account & Data

We respect your right to privacy and provide an easy way to delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

For the fastest results, use the deletion feature within the Noor: Muslim Prayer & Quran App:

1. Open the Noor: Muslim Prayer & Quran App.
2. Go to Settings (or Profile).
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Tap on Delete Account.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Web-Based Request

If you no longer have the App installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

• Send an email to noorsupport@googlegroups.com.
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
• Include the email address used to register your Noor: Muslim Prayer & Quran account.
• We will process your request and confirm via email once your data has been deleted.

What Data is Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases:

• Your name, email address, and profile information.
• Your saved preferences and settings.
• Your course progress and enrollment history.
• Any personal records or notes you've created within the App.

Data Retention

Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. Any such data will be anonymized and kept only for as long as necessary.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover your data, and you will lose access to any premium features or course progress associated with that account.
