Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Noor account and all associated data, you can do so using the options below.

Delete from Within the App

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Noor app. This will permanently remove your account and all personal data.

Delete via Email

Send an email to support@noorapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. Include:

• Your registered email address
• Your account username (if applicable)
• A clear request to delete your account

What Happens After Deletion

• Your personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Your enrollment data, progress, and preferences will be removed.
• Anonymous, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
• This action is irreversible.

Data Retained After Deletion

We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention). Such data will be kept only as long as legally required.
