1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Noor Islamic application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Noor provides Islamic content including but not limited to:

• Prayer times and Qibla direction
• Quran reading, search, and tafsir
• Educational courses and lessons
• AI-powered Islamic Q&A assistant
• Hijri calendar and date conversion

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Noor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Quran text and traditional tafsir content are in the public domain.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Prayer times are 100% accurate for your location
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated responses are authoritative religious rulings

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (Firebase, OpenAI, Aladhan API). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
