Noor is a free application. All core features including prayer times, Quran reading, courses, and the AI assistant are available at no cost.

In-App Purchases

If we introduce premium features or in-app purchases in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
• Refunds are handled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund process.
• Contact support@noorapp.com for assistance with refund requests.

Google Play Store Refunds

For purchases made through Google Play, you can request a refund directly through Google:

2. Find the order you want to refund
3. Follow Google's refund process
