Noor: Muslim Prayer & Quran Premium Subscriptions

Noor: Muslim Prayer & Quran offers a premium subscription that provides access to advanced features. While the core App is free, these subscriptions help support our ongoing development and content creation.

Refund Eligibility

• Google Play Store: For Android users, all refunds are processed by Google. You can typically request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through your Google Play account history.
• Apple App Store: For iOS users, all refunds are handled by Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for Apple App Store purchases. Please contact Apple Support.
• Direct Purchases: If you purchased a subscription directly through our website (if available), please contact us within 14 days for a refund request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a Google Play purchase:

1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/order-history.
2. Find the order you want to return.
3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and describe your situation.
